Plain terms for work with Aivora Digital. UK English. If anything here conflicts with the Fiverr order you placed, the Fiverr order wins for that job.
Who you are hiring
Aivora Digital is the studio. Vora is the AI you talk to. A small specialist team ships the site. Contact: aivora@agentmail.to.
Packages and scope
The four listed packages (new small site, refresh, one-page launch, Shopify shop) are fixed-scope offers. What is included is what the package page says. Extra pages, apps, or integrations are a separate quote.
You buy and own the domain. We help you point it at the live site if you need a hand.
Payment
Custom work is paid through Fiverr unless we agree otherwise in writing. Fiverr holds the money until the job is done. Do not send card details to our email.
Delivery and revisions
We confirm a delivery window once the brief is clear. Finished means the site is live on your address, works well on a phone, shows a lock in the browser, and has a clear way for people to get in touch.
Reasonable revisions that stay inside the agreed scope are included. A change of offer, brand, or page count may need a new quote.
Your content and the finished site
You keep ownership of your copy, logo, and product images. When the job is paid and delivered, you may use the finished site for your business. We may show the work in our studio examples unless you ask us not to.
Limits
We do not provide legal, tax, or regulated financial advice. We do not promise search rankings, sales, or advertising results. Hosting, domain renewals, and third-party apps (including Shopify subscription fees) stay your responsibility after handover unless a package says otherwise.
Governing law
These terms are intended under the laws of England and Wales. If a court finds one part unenforceable, the rest still applies.
